How old are you and what school do you go to?
A
I am 10 and go to Hillcrest Christian College

But Hillcrest isn't a FITKIDS school yet. Where have you been doing FITKIDS?
A
I do it in the park on wednesday at palm beach

What is your favourite thing about FITKIDS?
A
Running away from people in the games, um and doing the boxing it is really fun, and I like playing the quizes.

Can you tell me one thing you have learnt at FITKIDS?
A
How to run a lot faster without taking a break.

Is there anything you would change or add, to the FITKIDS sessions to make them even more fun?
A
On the biggest loser they have those big balls to keep you fit, I would like one of them.

Why do you want to be Fit and Healthy?
A
Because I don't want to get old and in a wheel chair.

Who is the healthiest celebrity you can think of and why?
A
Jillian off the Biggest Loser, cause she aways trains the teams and herself in the gym.

Who is the least fit celebrity
A
The Aussie home loans man, he does not take care of his body.

Why do we do body weight strength exercises every week at FITKIDS?
A
Becasue running isn't just how you get fit, it is the squats and the push ups

What do you want to be when you grow up? Why?
A
A famous actor or runner.

How is being Fit and healthy going to help you become an actor or runner?
A
If I am an actor it would help so I am not fat on TV, If I become a runner, it would strenghten my legs.

Did you know that 30% of Australian kids are overweght or obese?
Why do you think this is?
A
Because Australians have made more junk food and fast food shops.

What should we do about it?
A
We should have certain laws where a part of the year or one day of the week, you can't eat junk food or play with the playstation.

What are 3 things you cannot live without?
A
My Hair, Running, and my family

If you were in charge of improving the health of your family, what would be the first thing you would do?
A
Start organizing daily fitness stuff, like going outside, walking together or riding our bikes.

Who is fitter, stronger and the all around better athlete? Spider man or Mr Incredible?
A
Spiderman is fit and Mr incredible is a cartoon character who is really fat.
Mr incredible can just pick up things and throw them. Spider man can do these things and more.

What is worse for you health? Not doing exercise, not drinking water, or smoking
A
Smoking, its yuk.
